Probably because of reduced flights due to covid-19, I received my items 6 and a half weeks after I placed the order, I live in Seychelles, the order was sent by air mail. Items were in good condition and of good quality. I had also written to the Shoe Lace about the delays and they responded very quickly. So top marks for the product and for customer service. Deducted one star as I would have appreciated an option to have had the items delivered faster, e.g. by courier. That said, I am likely to order from them again because the products are of good quality and they do deliver to Seychelles. My blue leather shoe was looking very worn and had scuff marks. This made the shoe look all shiny and smart once again.

Shoelaces& polishes are often hard to find in local stores now, so it was great to find a company selling a full range of excellent products online with a clear website. Good, prompt service. I have used the company numerous times & can thoroughly recommend them. Covers scuffs well, gives a good shine too.
