| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept most major credit cards which are handled by our credit card handling company which is currently PayPal (see credit card handling section for more info about this. You may alternatively send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or vie email - though please be aware that these can be less secure methods. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling In the run up to Christmas all orders will be sent either 1st class or by courier. We generally send items by 2nd class recorded mail. Though at our discretion we may send items via other carriers at alternate rates. If you need an item urgently let us know in the comments section and we shall get back to you. Shipping and handling charges for the UK are £3.75. We are happy to ship to other parts of the world and we will notify you of the additional cost after you have placed the order - you may contact us before placing the order though you will need to know what you are ordering! Overseas shipping costs can be all over the place depending on destination, weight and urgency of the product! |
| Delivery Schedule We endeavour to ship orders within a couple of days of receipt of the order from our stock. Some items are made to order or are not kept in stock as they are less ordered items in which case there may be a delay of up to 2 weeks before you receive the item. Should there be a greater delay we will contact you. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

| Credit Card Security We accept payment using PayPal's Credit Card handling service. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to use this method though you can use your account if you wish. The advantage of using the PayPal Credit card handling system is that they handle the security aspects of the credit card transaction. We can take credit card details over the phone if you are happy to use this method. You may alternatively send us a cheque. Whilst we don't recommend sending cash through the post we will happily accept cash should you be mad enough to do so - if sending cash you must either send it via registered mail or special delivery mail!! |

| Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm Items that are returned for a refund will have the cost of the goods refunded but not the shipping charge refunded. Items that are on 'Special offer' or in a sale may be returned for other product but not for a refund. To make a return please send it back to us with your contact information and a note outlinging your reason for the return. If you are looking to replace the product with another product or a different size please make sure you pop a note in stating your requirment we will then ship the replacement upon receipt of the original (stock permitting). If you are seeking a refund and are applicable for a refund we shall send you out a check within 5 days of receiving the product. |
