I wasn't happy with the item that I ordered so I was issued immediately with a full refund. Excellent customer service! After reading the reviews of how it restored trainers with bad scuff marks I made my purchase as my son has a very expensive pair that are slightly scuffed but the polish made no difference to the scuff marks but if you wanted this to refresh your trainers/shoes and to keep the leather soft it would help with that.

Fast despatch - well packaged - geat choice - a very good service. Haven't used it yet as I have aa tiny amount of my old polish left.

It arrived in good time.

It arrived in good time. I didn't feel I was waiting any great length of time. This white shoe polish works really well on my leather trainers. Despite being discoloured, the trainers were whitened really well.
