Boot leg widener accessory for use with CAM 70 stretcher

Boot leg widener accessory for use on the CAM 70 and CAM 70E (Note: the CAM 70E does already come with one!).

This device increases the maximum circumfrance at the calf (widest part of the stretcher) to 46cm circumfrance. Without this device the maximum circumferance is 41.5cm.
