I'm extremely impressed with The Shoe Lace's customer service. Hadn't used the company before and put in a small order, which was delivered very speedily. One shoe lace was missing, however, so I emailed to say so. Received a prompt apology and the missing lace two days later. Impressive - nice laces too!
I have been using these types of insoles from another named supplier at a higher cost. These look the same except non branded. I have worn these new insoles for a couple of weeks and they are great. In the past I've tried several different makes and leather for me is the best.
